A MESSAGE TO OUR PATIENTS


Many of you have been staying informed regarding the COVID-19 pandemic which has and continues to have a global impact. We hope you and your family have been able to stay healthy and enjoy this extended time with your loved ones.

At the end of April, the Government of Manitoba announced a multi-phase plan, which included the safe re-opening of dental services. Dentists in Manitoba are now allowed to treat patients with urgent problems along with emergencies.

As we get accustomed to the “new normal” and protocol, our team is staying current with the latest developments of this fluid situation to ensure your safety and ours. This will include:

- - New infection control procedures which will require us to wear additional protective equipment to align with current dental office protocol.

- - Calls before your appointment to ask some health screening questions and staggering appointment times

- A request to avoid arriving to our office with additional family members

- - These and other measures will ensure safety for your family and ours during this COVID-19 crisis.

Upon confirmation from the Manitoba Department of Health we will inform you when dental offices can return to all dental services and treatments.
